You would be astonished what it cost straight from the refinery.... ,, I use to haul the stuff out of Montreal for the measley price of .35 cents per gallon, but once I hit the Border back into the U.S. it got TAXED to death.... And the state of Vermont wants to impose another 4 cents on the gallon.... So I ask when doe's it stop ??? I don't make a huge amount of money working retail, and soon it's not going to be cost effective for me to travel to work, as Im sure this is getting to be the case for many.... What then.. ?? When we can't and won't go to work, because over 75% of our pay is going into travel costs..... There has to be some type of relief somewhere.. instead of the politicians making millions on the backs of the low and middle class worker...
