bghunter777
I just bought one and I love it just wandering if anyone else on here has one. It is by far the best call I have ever purchased hands down and I have alot trust me. I know $125 dollars is quite a bit for a call and truth be told my woodsmen slate from cody would probably call in any bird that is willing to come in for about 1/3 the price. This is just a fun call to have around the friends they think I am really good at calling birds little do they know that the call is helping out slightly. I own almost all the primos line a few hand made calls from various people but the world class in one word WOW. so whats your story if you have one or know someone that has one how do they like it. I think I know the answer but still fun to here it.
WVreddot870
Re: Cody World Class Slate!! I've had mine since 98---getting ready to get a new one in a few days--------many turkeys liked the sounds of the cody!!!!!!!!!!
snapper
Re: Cody World Class Slate!! I don't own any Cody friction calls...but I do use one of their mouth calls and love it.
Strut10
Re: Cody World Class Slate!! Bill Zearing is a heck of a nice guy and he makes some awesome friction calls!! Id have to put the World Class side-by-side with some other good slates to see if I'd spring that kinda cash. $125 is a lot of money to spend on a turkey call. But, if you're at a level in your calling skill where you can bring the difference out of a top-line call, then, by all means........it's worth it. You wouldn't expect to see Eddie Van Halen playing one of those $40 guitars they sell in Wal-Mart, would you???

Guest buksnduks
Re: Cody World Class Slate!! there is no comparison to a mass produced call and a cody world class slate call! he is not comparing a cody 2 to a primos but the daddy cody, the world class! bghunter777
Re: Cody World Class Slate!! Yes indeed although there mass produced calls are good they are not even close to the World class I have only had it about 2 weeks but just keep getting a little more excited to use it. I am a big primos fan they make some good calls and there Power chrystal will be rite beside the cody in the vest because on a rainy day you can throw those slates out the window. the power chrystal works with my synthetic striker completly drenched in water.
