maddhunter Posted April 6, 2006 Report Share Posted April 6, 2006 Got this jake at 7:30 this morning. I was so ate up with the FEVER I couldn't wait for another bird to get there. He was at 30yrds and I didn't even think once about letting him go.Man I had it bad, shakes, cramps, and sweating like crazy. Awesome morning, had atleast 5 birds gobbling thier heads off even my jake. He came in at full strut and gobbling like crazy!!!! I thought sure he was an older bird. Man I love this stuff!!!! Can't wait to get back out in the morning with my son toating his 20ga loaded with #6 Hevi Shot!!!! No sleep for me tonight for sure, heck I thought I had it bad before season started.
