arrow32 Posted April 18, 2006 Report Share Posted April 18, 2006 Went up Thursday night right after my track meet was over left about 730. Got some good old fast food up there in Clarkersburg and rolled into camp at about 10 not to bad of a drive up to the mountains. Saw quite a few deer on the way up. Ok any how ill get to the fishing.lol Friday the water was good rained all day on us. My dad caught 6 at the first river we were at that morning so he was done for the day. The fish werent bitting hardly at all think they had been fished hard for the past month or longer. Went over on Bemus after we had some lunch. Driving over there Cole on of Kevins son that we were up there fishing with almost got sick on the way over there on the curvy road.lol Started fishing by a bridge i didnt get any bites so i went on up river a ways and caught two. Turns out after i left they caught a couple thats just my luck. Then Cole came up the river and fished near me i guess he had fell in and was yelling at me but i didnt hear him because it was pouring the rain down. Rained all Friday night hard and also had some really strong winds blew the cover off the hot tub. River ended up being up about two and a half feet. Fishing sucked so we called it quites and came home early. Had a blast it was alot of fun. Didnt get to many pics because it rained the hole time and i didnt want to take the camera with me because i was afraid it would get wet sorry. Here is a couple tho. Those are the 6 fish my dad caught friday. A couple nice ones there. Thats just how much we paid for gas. 10cents cheaper than here. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
