Bond
I finally spent the $15 on a bobblehead buck and put it on my dash. I was kinda disapointed on how little it moves it's neck. Most bobble heads (dogs, baseball players etc.) move their heads at least an inch and a half. This buck only moves up and down a half inch or so. What gives? Real bucks rub a lot more of the tree... For $15 you would think they would make it a little cooler... Yeah it's just a bobblehead. But I feel I got ripped off..

Bond
Re: Bobblehead disapointment The spring is loose enough, it just doesn't have a very wide(tall?) range of motion, the body stops it from going up too far or down too far. AdvantageTimberLou
Re: Bobblehead disapointment [ QUOTE ] Put a looser spring in it. [/ QUOTE ] For what he paid he should have to do that Chris, its lost what its suppose to do....."bobble" LOL!! Looser spring would work though! VTbowman
Re: Bobblehead disapointment I was watching Joshs whenI went down and know what your saying. My gripe was the meissley stick they use as the tree its suppose to be rubbing. Looks like a fish tank reject or something. LOL I thought the buck looked good but the motion was a bit lacking. I still think its pretty cool... JMO If you dont want it ship it to me... I will of coarse pay for it... LOL

AdvantageTimberLou
Re: Bobblehead disapointment Maybe e-mail the manufactuer when your disappointment in it. My buddy has the turkey and the head bobbles good but the tail is pretty sad. Maybe the new version they may come out with will actually bobble better. I can see the packaging now, "New and Improved Bobbling" LOL!!
RangerClay
Re: Bobblehead disapointment I thought the same thing when I bought mine. I have gotten used to it though. I still get lots of great comments about mine. Ranger
AdvantageTimberLou
Re: Bobblehead disapointment I have seen a bobblehead buck in the past that really bobbled, it didn't have a tree though. The buck was more cartoonish than what the one is we are talking about but the head really moves! I think Chris's idea on the spring might help them move more! AdvantageTimberLou
Re: Bobblehead disapointment William, I'll try to find the link on the one I found. Its not like the ones being offered at Gander Mountain, Bass Pro, Cabela's etc. Give me some time and I'll find it! I personally like it better!
