The names on the list that got picked look like they were there every year. You can,t put in for a draw if you were picked in the last 5 years i believe. [/ QUOTE ] You can buy extra chances when you put in for the lottery and you earn extra chances for each year you apply, but lose them all if you skip a year. There is also an auction for a couple of the moose permits but I'm sure you'll pay TONS of money to get one of them. I was actually hoping I would because I already have a helluva buisy fall schedule but knowing my luck when I was short on time to go would be the year I draw. Oh well I guess there is next year.
