Hillbilly Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 My little cousin just played his last little league game today. After the game a coach from another team gave him great news. He wants him to play catcher for the All-Stars. His little league team wasn't very good, but not sounding like im braggin on my cousin, he tried to make his team better. My cousin tonight took a ball that was nicked off the bat into his chest. The Catcher vest doesn't fit him well and he took a ball into the chest, then collided with a runner going home. The kid was safe, my cousin got dirt and dust in his nostrils and eyes but walked right back to his position. He led his team with Runs, Hits and RBI. Gotta help even more now that he made it on the all stars. My dad, my older brother and myself have put in a lot of hours helping him. It has payed off. He doesn't have a father and looks to my dad, my brother and myself for a male's help. I love him like a son and cant be happier. Thought I'd share the good news!!
