The agreement always was that I would work for him and when I was a senior he would buy me a car. So here it is, very nice! 2002 Monte Carlo LS. Decked out to look like Dale Sr.'s chevy! Great car everything was in perfect condition, interior and exterior, no dents dings or scratches or any damage except for the 3 and little gm decal that needed replaced. Only problem was is thatwhen we got it home from the auction there wasno oil, tranny fluid, and the radiator water was milky. So apparently the engine upkeep wasn't taken care of, even though looking at the car inside and out you would have never guessed it. Maybe the last owner thought they were Dale Sr. and drove it like they stole it!! Sweet ride none the less, shame the maintenance wasn't as important to the last owners! It's one thing to be a fan, and something totally different to ruin a perfectly good car. Just my opinion. And I was a Dale Sr fan since the mid 80s when I started watching NASCAR.
