blazers are a brand of fletching and wraps are decorative sheets that you wrap around the arrow before having the fletch placed on. They come in all different colors and styles. They are popular with hunters for many different reasons. Some like white because they can see them better after the shot, or because blood stands out real well on them. I use reflective because many times when I shoot my deer it is near dark and it is easier to find a reflective arrow than a plane black ones, and they make your arrows look nice too.

Re: hate 2 sound stupid

Ok not gonna assume you know anything about these so dont take offence if I list things you do.

Inserts: normally the aluminum part you screw the tip or broadhead into on front.

Fixed blade braod head: a hunting tip with razor edge, 3 or 4 blades in a fixed open configuration.

Mechanical Heads:a hunting tip with closed and hidden blades that open up on impact.

Field point/tip:a practice tip with no blades the same weight as hunting tips can come in.

Shaft:the body of the arrow.

Spine:how shift the shaft is, or bendable it is.

Wraps:a vinyl sticker, between 4 to 8 inches long places around the shaft directly on the back to give color or higer visability. Placed on before fletched.

Vanes/feathers/fletching: 2 to 5.5 inches in length, 3 or 4, can be applied straight, offset, or helical fletched.

Nock: where you place the bow string to shoot the arrow.

Hope this helps.

Arrows and their Components

That link shows the basic construction and gives descriptions of the different parts of an arrow.

Wraps and different colored Fletchings "Individualize" your arrow and sometimes make it easier to see in flight.

Cresting is painted on the arrow shaft and also serves to "Individualize" an arrow:
