Dropped our 10 year old off at the middle school for her first day at her new school, then off to the elementary school we go with our 5 year old. She started her first day at kindergarten, the parking lot was a nightmare at the elementary school. Don't know if it was the nearly half hour ride or nerves, but she got sick right as we pulled up in the school parking lot . Thankfully it is only a half day today, and the wife was with me so she took her into the bathroom before taking her to her class and got her cleaned up. We go back September 6th!! but wait, crow season opens up September 1st and then we have a whole weekend of hunting them and that kicks off our hunting season until the end of March. Can't believe how fast the time goes. He has autism and my wife and I have been worried since his diagnoses how he would do in a school environment. Not sure about your area but when I lived in the Memphis area alot of those schools didn't even have AC and its just too hot in August to be in such a building! I feel sorry for them kids. They both ended up having good first days at their new schools. Was no fun for me picking them up though. The school parking lot was mass chaos.
