My daughter has been supposed to have a parent stundt vollyball game now for 3 weeks, been posponed 3 times couse soem peopel could not make it, the wife has taken 2 days off work just so she could eb there and it was cancelled, well my daughter came home form school sick yesterday and jsut called me from school saying it is toonight, the wife is working and I have 5 coyotes about 4 hours of work thawing out that I cannot freeze again! They decided it would be tonight, how did they know my daughter was not going to be sick today to?? The anser is that they do not care if you are not a certain "name" in thsi town who cares, there are certain kids and families that matter and thats that!!I am going tonight and going to say soemthing, this crap really ticks me off!! We work our butts off to survive and her missing 2 days of work is not nothign to us its alot but we did it couse we wanted to be at our daughters game and play and now the wife will notmake it couse she cannot say when workign allready she wants off early!! My coyotes will wait till I get home no big deal, the whole idea is bull, Why are certain people more important that others?? I grew up in a town with under 1000 people Everyone knew everybody's business. It was pretty unreal the rumors that get started. I was one of the guys that wouldn't stand for it and found a few of the guys who started rumors and gossip. Pretty hilarious to see those mouths squirm into a ball in the corner. I didn't do anything physical, just let them know that if they don't stop spreadin BS things might get worse. Gossip is a mean thing. Especially in a small town! BTW - If you're spending more than a few minutes skinning a coyote, you need to purchase a video tape called "The 2 Minute Coyote" by Roy Finley. Texan, it takes me a average of 7-10 minutes to skin depending on if partailly frozen or blown up bad! What I am doing tonight is scraping, sewign and washing and streching, and all these coyotes were shot with the 7mm durign deer season so there will be lots of sewing!!On average I am scraping, sewing and washign and strehcing a coyote in abotu 1/2 hour!These ones will prob take up to a hour with the extra sewing and piecign or fur to match the grain! I have gottin pretty good after doing over a hundred a year and abotu one or two are spotted damaged!! I went ot the school and played vollyball not saying a word, then the teacher came up and asked why Niki my wife was not there, i said nicly she had to work seeign she took the last 2 times off then soemone important could not make it so you cancelled it!This time she could not cancell with no notice so she could not come!The coach studdered a bit and I walked away! We all help each other-then it's up to Ty and his bull no B.S. or favortism or whatever. People wonder why he's fearless on the ice but after a summer of bullriding 6' D-men seem pretty tame lol.
