I have 20 +- acres i hunt and have some pretty good bucks on it and about 200 acres across the railroad tracks that is not hunted. But I am unsure if the adjoining land owners who are 400 to 500 yards away ride their dirt bikes mostly on the weekends are driving the deer nocturnal on me? Pleaseee and sugg., answers, or tips on what i should do. I have a corn feeder out at this time.... Thanks to everyone

Welcome to the forums. Honestly not sure, if the neighboring landowners are riding on your property, you might ask them to not if you are concerned that they are effecting your upcoming hunting. If you have 220 acres, you could try to create an area of your property that could be a sanctuary well away from where they are riding.

ya, I would just ask your neighbors to ride at the peak of the day when the deer are hardly moving. I have a Sportsmen's Club real close to where I hunt, and the deer are use to when they have shoots back there, like trap shoots and whatnot

Re: Nocturnal Deer???

I'm not sure that riding 4-500 yards away would cause all the deer to go nocturnal. I hunt about 300 yards from a house where the kids practice shooting while I'm in my stand hunting. The deer seem to ignore the shooting. I think they hear it so much it doesn't bother them anymore.

I've also seen deer watch passively in an opening when I've been riding a dirt bike, passing within 25-30 yards of them.
