Muff Posted August 10, 2006 Report Share Posted August 10, 2006 Well yesterday Ranger came up with his 2 kids for a play day with my 2 kids....if you remember the last get together here for golf....IT RAINED...what a bummer anyway Ranger gets here and what happens...my oldest girl gets REALLY sick....I felt so bad for her and for Ranger, he was only here 2 hours and had to pack up and take off By the time we got Sarah to the docs she had a fever of 105 our family doc sent us to another doctor at the hospital.....oh yeah Ranger you know how she made it to the toilet the first time.....good old dad took one for the team. all over me and the sidewalk outside the hospital....anyway long story short,They wanted to keep her over night but ended up letting us bring here home and we have to push lots of fluids and try to keep her temp down....on a good note she seems to be doing better this morning Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

At the golf coarse for the womens open, almost all the girls got really sick. Even the pro was down with it. Hope she feels better soon. God Bless. I'm glad to hear that Sarah is feeling better. I wish we had a camcorder so everyone could see us. Here we are scooping up my stuff. I have a view to the bathroom. "Uh... Joe... I think Sarah just threw up." "Really... I doubt it... oh yeah, she is puking." Muff goes down the hall and assists his little girl. then tucks her in on the couch. Then he says. "Wow! that was the first time she has ever made it to the toilet." The two of us give out this big "YEA!!!!!!!!!! Way to go Sarah!" Sarah gets this really cute smile on her face. Even when she has a 104 temp. So as I leave the house and say my goodbyes. Sarah comes over to me and says. "Went baf in the toilet." Since I have a 30% hearing loss I thought I misunderstood what she said. "What's that Sweety?" Muff pipes in, "She said she barfed in the toilet." "Oh!", I said. sskybnd Posted August 19, 2006 Report Share Posted August 19, 2006 Re: Bad luck again hope they get well so, look on the bright side at least they are getting what ever it is close together, i have three and it isnt any fun when one gets it for awhile, then they give it to one of the other kids, and so on, i told my wife who ever gets the chicken pocks or the measles first that they all would be sleep together, try to make it a one time shot.
