Bruce Schmeck
Yesterday I picked up a pair of Team Realtree 10x25 Hardwoods Green compact Nikon binoculars for $30.00 bucks at Wal-Mart. That was a steal and I've been looking for a pair for a long time.

A $30.00 pair of Binoc's are just that, a $30.00 pair of Binoc's. Spend your money on a much better pair of glass, you'll be saving money in the long run, since those $30.00 ones won't last and your eyes will suffer because of it. I've seen many of those binoc's in that price range over the years, and the optics on those are very poor quality at best!!
bulldawg
Re: Great find Now, that would depend on what type of terrain you are hunting in. If it is limited range for your glassing, a cheap pair will do. I need fog proof, and waterproof for my binos, cheap or expensive. Then I'm good to go. I have a pair of Swarovski's that I hardly ever use, because I instinctively grab my cheapies for the close up, brushier stands.
