Very sharp. Just currious whey you mounted the S-Coil on the inside?

The mini is short enough to mount on the inside and I did so because I did not like having one sticking off the front of my bow. I use to not have one period but got a deal on this one so what the heck... LOL

These S-coils are not for stabilization since they are so light, only vibration dampening, so I figured it would help more closer to and under the hand. Plus I also have a wrist bow sling on it now and it mounts nicely there.

NO STS

Why?

Its so dang quiet, smooth and vibration free I do not see the need.

Beside with my mini S-coil mounted to the inside of the riser, it may do the same thing as an STS. LOL

I may even get the regular size S-coil for the front of the riser.

Just because it would look cool.

Re: XT holding a XT....!!!

Threw mine and Bob D's testing, and believe me its not scientific, we find that arrow noise greatly out weighs, or is noisier, then the bow being shot.

This is judged by someone standing down 20 yards range, 20 feet off to the side, with his back turned to the shooter. Shooting a 30 yard target.

Arrow "whistle" is what freaks a deer out not your bow.

Shawn,

I agree....my son and I have done the same thing. We shoot into my garage and one of us will stand behind the SUV and listen.

My boy says he can't hear anything from my XT and I very hear little from his Browning Adrenaline. grin.gif

The arrows seem to make alot more noise than the bows and the blazers seem alot quieter than regular vanes. cool.gif
