They haven't even really tapped any yet. I twill be a few years before they start to market that oil. A guy here are work was telling me that some of the bigger oil swingers were under government trade investigation. He believes thats why gas is cheaper, oil by the barrel really hasn't come down much. btw, I filled up yesterday on the way home. @$2.95. It was $2.25 when I drove back by this morning.
