The most I have ever gotten in one day is 10, one day I guess I'll get a limit, it always takes me awhile to get the speed of the birds down and figure out how much of a lead I need. Plus, the birds just weren't flying good today. I got there right before 12:00 and didn't see but one bird for 3 hours. Finally, I went to a different area and set up near some power lines. I was picking them off when they were getting ready to land on the wires, then I would crouch down in the field and wait for the to fly over. I tell you, I worked for every one of them birds today. I used to like dove hunting til I saw the old man sitting next to me with a pile of DOVE HEADS next to him. Totally grossed me out. Skeet shooting is fun though!!! Same principle. When I got home I popped the doves in the fridge until I could get to cleaning them. Then, I go out on my balcony with garbage can and proceed to start pulling them apart. This lady that lives in the next building below me was sitting outside, I have done no more than wave at this woman, because well, I don't talk to anyone here because they're all idiots and party every weekend keeping me awake. Well, she hollers up. "What are you doing up there!?" I said "What?" She goes "What are you doing up there!?" As I was about to say "Are you sure you really want to know?" She runs off her porch and says "I'm sorry, I'm an idiot, I thought you were my brother, but he lives on the other side." Like I said, I live around a bunch of idiots.
