One more thing - some folks just show up and sign without paying attention to the numbers (how things are allotted on the charges sheet and all that) - be prudent and pay attention to it b/c I would have been "cheated" out of nearly $2000 from a clerical error about 4 years ago if I hadn't picked it up (pay real close attention to the loan fees and bank "extras" to be sure they aren't adding stuff in that weren't explained to you earlier)...
