NiteRunner
What do you think about of placing a cam a couple feet from an active scrape? He's mkaing them on a field edge and it's a decent sized track but no trace of him during daylight hours. Do you think placing a cam by the scrape will scare him off? slughunter
Re: Cam over Scrape I honestly dont think it affects the deer as long as the camera is scent free. I just set up my cam over a scrape, here are the results:
toddyboman
Re: Cam over Scrape depends on the deer. Some dont seem to mind the cameras at all. Example: Clays buck LeRoy he as 200 some pics of him. And then others have said they have seen the cameras take pics and the watch the deer run for their lives. Good Luck!!! wtnhunt
Re: Cam over Scrape Considering this with our camera shy buck my daughter named "Lucky". Been using gloves and wearing rubber boots everytime I check the cameras anymore just as a precaution. Hate to go moving any cameras right now but I might.
