IowaDeerHunter
Well guys looks like I will have to put the rut hunting on the backburner this year. Our 8-man football team has made it to the semifinals and we are heading to the UNI-DOME! Now we get to play on turf, and take on the number one team in the state. I have a good feeling that we can beat them and if we do we make our return to the state championship next Friday! Wish us luck! We are from Remsen, and we play Northeast Hamilton Blairsburg if anyone is from that area.

IowaDeerHunter
Re: Wish me luck! Well we couldn't get it done this morning I am sad to say. We started out the first half with FOUR turnovers, pretty much giving them there points. the score was 14-27. Went into the locker rooms knowing it wasn't over, and we still had a whole half to play. Came out fired up scored on our opening driver (21-27) and that was how the game ended. We didn't play our best the first half and that killed us. I think the worst part was when it was 4th and 1 on our own ten going in to score and I when to look for the quarterback in shotgun to snap the ball, well he was hollering hurry up and got a delay of game making it fourth and six, really hurt us. I never even knew there was a play cloclk on the friggin wall. But we gave it a good run, and had a great senior year, hard to be happy knowing that it was the last time I will ever play. But we went out with a 38-5 record, qualified for state 3 times, state champions in 2004, and state semi final qualifiers in 2006! And got to play in the Dome, twice!
