It works ok for calling in does, and you can use it for a fawn distress call for yotes by blowing in the back of the call with it tilted up. No luck on the Lil Can at all, but had a nice buck come running out of the woods, cold calling, looking for that hot doe with my Great Big Can last fall. Never tried the Original Can... First time I rolled it over, a smallish 6-pointer came in from my right..........like right now. Waited 1/2 hour or so and rolled it again. This time a dandy 7-pointer (100"-110" range) came in smack in front of me!! Never called in another deer until Friday morning. One more smallish buck......I think a 6 or 7 came in from behind. The thing works. But, it's just like any other call.........deer, turkey, duck, goose, predator.........whatever. I've had the best results with The Great Big Can and my dad turned his once Saturday and had a real nice buck come in looking for a hot doe......the only bad thing was when he didn't see it he left.
