unioncountyslayer
Well, Missed my first of the year. Had a doe come out the other afternoon. It was very windy and she was acting very nervous (bobbing her head and looking all directions). I couldn't get my shotgun up so I waited (she was only 15 yards away). She finally moved off to my right behind a tree and I got my gun up, but had to shoulder it to shoot left handed without a rest. Thought I had her in the scope and pulled the trigger. The trigger wasn't the only thing I pulled. Clean miss. Oh well, just thought I'd share. It wasn't my first miss and I'm sure it won't be my last. The Lord is constantly humbling me.
