You can ship a muzzleloader straight to the person you sell it to. No need for FFL.

By the way, to send powder (like your Pyrodex pellets) you would have to pay a $20 hazardous shipping fee to send it through UPS so it would be better to just not include those in your sale.

Yup..... A vast majority of mail is carried in the belly of planes. Anything explosive can not be shipped unless you pay a hefty fee.... Im assuming it stays on the ground in said case.

Pretty much.........yep.

Haz-mat (for the most part) cannot be shipped by air due to non-pressurized cargo bays and other safety reasons. You can thank the government for tthe $20 haz-mat handling fee at UPS (and other carriers). The B.S. and paperwork required to move the hazardous stuff is staggering and costs accordingly. UPS ain't just pocketing 20 bucks of gravy.
