christsavedme Posted December 14, 2004 Report Share Posted December 14, 2004 Well, it has been a long time since I have been in here so I just wanted to check in and let everyone know that I am still alive. Alot has been happening over the last couple of months and I have been really busy. For starters, many of you know that I was working for a local fire department here as a paramedic. Well on November 1, I was terminated for a very stupid reason. I will not even go into details because I will get really mad and I am trying to put it all behind me. Lets just say that I would have a wrongful termination lawsuit, but since you are on probation for one year(and during that year they can fire you for any reason) I have no case, because I was 13 days from having my one year in. Anyways, I have found a new job and feel very blessed that God has provided for me and my family during this very stressful and trying time. My faith in Him is all that got me through this. That and the fact that I have an amazing wife and family that has been behind me the whole time. I have a new job that I started Monday, I am going to be working as a paramedic in an ER at one of the largest hospitals in the state of TN. Actually it is the busiest hospital in the state. The pay is really good and now I will have the chance to go back to school and get my RN and they pay for everything ! Even though all of this has been going on I have still found time to hunt . I have taken a doe with my bow and a pretty nice 8 point with my muzzleloader. I will post pics soon. We have had a really good season so far and I am looking forward to the rest of the season. Like I said, I just wanted to take a minute and let everyone know that I was still alive and I haven't forgot about all of you guys here. I will be back on here full force soon......that is a promise. I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy and safe New Year. May God bless each and everyone of you.
