Re: Leaf River ??

There are two ways to view Leaf River cameras in the field. You either get the model that has a viewing screen built into it on the back and use that (instruction manual tells you how to work it) or you buy a portable picture viewer that reads Multi-Cards (you pull the multi-card out of the camera and pop it in the little TV looking thing to look at the pictures). Leaf River makes one it's about $150 for the viewer you can get it at almost any of the major hunting stores like Cabela's, Bass Pro, etc.

The other option which you do at home instead of in the field is to buy two multi-cards and just swap and take the used one back home and use a multi-card reader that lets you view the pictures and download them on your computer. These normally cost about $30 plus the cost of the second Multi-Card.

Re: Leaf River ??

The viewer model dc-2bu like I have you can look at your pics in the field. The new 6 mp model also has a viewer screen. Not sure about the IR camera, but the cheapest leaf river cam does not have a viewer screen.

To look at the pics you just push the cam button, then push the preview button, and then you can scroll through.
