Swamphunter
Re: Fully Auto? Good luck, but I don't think you would be able to legally unless you are somehow involved in law enforcement or the federal government.
unioncountyslayer
Re: Fully Auto? Well, a buddy of mine is in the ARMY, and this was actually a question to me from him. I would think an armed forces member would be able to aquire a Class 3.
AJ
Re: Fully Auto? Most anyone can get one as long as you are not a felon, or have other restrictions. You have to fill out the paperwork and have ATF investigate you. Not all ranges allow the use of full auto weapons. They can not be used for hunting in any of the states am familar with. Once you have the license, you can purchase the desired Class III weapon and you will find they are not cheap at all. You can multiply the cost of a semi auto by 4 or 5 to get the full auto price. AJ
Re: Fully Auto? Nope, I have no use for full auto. I shot them in the Army and I was not really impressed enough to want to own one. Sure its fun to sling lead at some 600-700 rounds per minute, but barrels don't last long and feeding them costs a fortune. I am more of a one shot one kill vs spray and pray. LETMGROW
Re: Fully Auto? To me something like this would be a toy. A very expensive one at that! No practical use. To own one would only be bragging rights to an audiance who doesn't really care anyway. Yea, that's cool. Why bother?
OJR
Re: Fully Auto? I wouldn't call it "bragging rights", I would call it plain foolishness! I have shot everything from a grease gun to a 50 caliber machine gun! When Uncle Sam is paying the bill, you sure can burn up the ammo. I would hate to thing how much I have shot up in $$$$$$!!! Way to expensive for me when I would have to foot the bil!
