She now makes bread now without it which to me is even better than the machine. LOL My only complaint is the crust, and I'm sure there are ways to make it better, but IMHO, you just can't beat hand tossed/worked bread done in the oven. The kicker, it takes time, and a mess in the kitchen. What mom has done is just use the dough cycle. Mix up the dough, then bake it in the oven and check up on it. Works pretty well.
