If it were me, I would lean towards the Accubond from the options you listed. The regular .270 Winchester can frag bullets on close shots. The WSM is pushing them faster, increasing the chance they will frag. While this is usually fatal on deer, it can make for less than desirable blood trails. I prefer an exit wound and would stick with the Accubond, Failsafe, X-Bullet, etc for hunting. The bullet will hold together better insuring deeper penetration.

The other bullets you mentioned will work great on the longer distance shots, but when a deer sneaks out at close range, the premium bullets work better.

I used the Hornady, 130 grain, Interbond in a regular 270 this fall and shot a buck at about 75 yards. It went completely through him and it sure did a number on his heart and lungs! Couldn't have asked for better performance with a bullet.

They are very accurate also. I reload my own ammo!

i dont have the wsm yet but i had a 270 an i used federal priemeums sirra game kings boat tail soft points an ive shot deer from 50 yards out to 300 yards an never had a prob
