huntn4bucks
Sunday morning was the first good opportunity I've had to take my new lab duck hunting. I've been training her all summer for this day and she performed perfectly. She made multiple retrieves of 40-50 yards with ease. I can't tell you how happy and proud I am of her...even though I still need to work on her boat manners. Here's a pic with her watching for more ducks after her very first retrieve: Here's another pic:
buckee
Re: My 10 month old lab\'s first retrieve Man, I love seeing a good bird dog in action and that attentive look on their faces when looking at the sky is the best of all. Looks like you got a keeper there.
