The Bird Hunter: Wild Wings Edition is older than Bird Hunter 2003, but it's the only multiplayer bird hunting game that's worth playing and it has turkey, waterfowl, and upland bird hunting. Bird Hunter 2003 is a great game too if you get ahold of a copy and want some additional birds in your game let me know I'll hook you up with a site that makes add-on packs for that game.
