Re: broke up

thats the bad thing though. the place i planned on shed huntin all during spring break just went with the relationship. well i thought anyways. i called her mom today to ask if i could go get my treestands at their place and she said i could leave them up and hunt there next year. so i fortunatly have a place to shed hunt still and hunt big whitetail next year. i knew something would come out of her mom liking me soo much. then i talked to Summer today(the ex) and she said she still wants me to take her huntin next year. so i guess things might turn out. im still standing strong and tryin to let go. so its just a friends thing. Time and trust might make things better but for now and a while to come im livin the good ole single life.

Re: broke up

I say play the game at your level not hers. Her being so young is all the more easy. Date another girl and see what a breath of fresh air it will be to just get out there. You don't want to push it into her face because (with her morals) she'll only try to get you to cheat with her to break you and ANYBODY else up. Just be very casual and when she asks if you are seeing anybody else, just smile and say you don't feel right talking about it with her. She's young and very easy to make jealous so you won't have to try very much. Before long, she'll be thinking that you two should get back together and you just simply say, "No." Tell her that you enjoy being friends and casually mention that Spring Break's coming up soon. You just have to have confidence and be strong when she tries to get you back. It's the only way you'll ever get over her and move on. Just be confident and decisive. Good luck and move on to somebody that has more loyalty than a dog that just likes being petted a lot.

Re: broke up

Probably the first of many.....don't let it get you down.

Never settle for anyone who doesn't have enough respect for you not to cheat on you.

You are better off and right before turkey season too.

Cheating is never right but you gotta understand that she is in high school and my Lord they are unpredicatble. They change their minds like the wind.

The best advice I can give you is date around with women your age and don't get too serious. I dated and then married my high school sweetheart and it didn't work out....we will be married for 15 years in September! laugh.gif

Whoever you end up with, find the most positive, happy person you can that is trustworthy and upon whom you can depend. Life gets tough in the coming years and you need a helpmate that can be depended upon to support you when you need it and vice versa.

about the jealousy thing....i was talkin to her on the phone and she was mad. i asked her why and she said that one of my other ex-girlfriends was over at my house. i have heard that she still likes me but she is also pretty close with my mom. besides i wasnt home anyways. i was down here at school. so im thinkin if she gets jealous of this there are goin to be some major problems in the future.
