Here's how to turn on those Smileys and other editing and posting features... Look to the top left side of the page and click on User CP this will bring you to the User Control Panel, look to the left of the page and you'll see a few edit options to choose from. Find and click the the Edit Options, from the next screen scroll to the very bottom of the page to where it say's Message Editor Interface choose the Enhance Iterface - Full WYSIWYG Editing option., and then choose SAVE. Me either... first they tell me in order to boost my post count I have to have at least 10 characters in a post.
