Jeramie Posted May 23, 2007 Report Share Posted May 23, 2007 Ok Gang, here are some personal Updates for those interested...... My wifes brother and his Daughter. If you remember, we had every indication that the baby was getting abused by her step dad. After a Court hearing and some things were brought to light by the judge things have seem to gotten better. The little girl is doing fine. She still doesn't want to go to her mothers but there aren't any more signs of abuse, as of right now. I guess it took taking legal action to let this manly man know that we would not stand for his stupidity with this baby. So in that department, everyone is keeping a close eye on the little girl and as of right now (and for the past several months) everything is much better. Things have vastly improved. My wife's brother finally bit the bullet and took a chance on a girl after a nasty divorice. We double dated with them the first night and he took her out the very next night. Its only been a few months and it wouldnt surprise me to see them get married this year. She is a big Oklahoma State fan, hates to shop, but like to fish and eat. She is a keeper...... My little girl, Gracey! We were worried because of a specialist that needs a boot to the rear. We had concerns of disease, etc. Everything is fine. She isn't growing off the charts but a lot of the women in my family are very small and I was only 140lbs when I graduated high school. I keep telling my wife that she is fine but my wife worries sick (I think thats her job). This week we had to see if Gracey was going to gain weight. She is really picky and hadn't gained anything in 6-months (which at 19 months old, isn't good). I really wasn't to worried. I truly believe she is just petite. Regardless, my wife took her to the Doctor yesterday for her checkup, she gained in both height and gained 1lb which made our doctor very happy. Thing are good and she is spoiled and doing well! No problems shy of cutting 4 teeth at the same time.... Regardless, she is in great condition. We very well may try for Number two this Summer..... There tis. Oh, and here are some pics.... I wont be out of work any time soon, to high of a demand for Drafting and designers right now. I can literally pick up another job tomorrow if need be (and I thank the Lord for that).....
