OJR
I started physical therapy today! My legs have really lost strength, so will have to work on them. I will be going at least 2 times a week, possiblily 3 times a week until I get my legs back! A lot of fun for the next several weeks. buckee
PT is where it's at in recovery. It's tough at first, but it can only get better. Stick with it Orlan, and here's wishing you all the best.

Bachflock
I wish ya the best! I'm finishing up a (very) short stint of therapy for a knee injury and the group I'm working with has done wonders for me. Its well worth it!
OJR
Just a note! This is about the 20th time I have been in PT, so it is nothing new to me!
AdvantageTimberLou
I will add you to my prayers Orlan, hears to a healthy and successful therapy. OJR
No More Hunting! I will add you to my prayers Orlan, hears to a healthy and successful therapy. Get better so you can be back to move around the woods in the fall and enjoy hunting! I wish that was the case. This surgery was to get my legs back to where I can walk more than 150 feet! I am sure that last fall and February of this year with the elk depredation, will be my last hurrah as far as hunting is concerned! This surgery will do nothing for the other back problems I have and there isn't any cure for them! Now I can sit back and remember all the good times in the woods, mountains and hunting camps! Those will never be forgotten! All I can hope for is my legs will work so I can walk around and just enjoy the remaining years I have left! I have had a great time so far in life and will continue to do so!
