leatherneck
Well, things are working out pretty good so far. My company is flying me into Omaha next Wed. thru Sun. This is to give me a chance to see the new location and get to know the GM. They are putting me in a hotel and giving me a truck to use while I'm there, to go look for housing. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the are I am going to is South Sioux City NE. right on the Iowa border. Things sure are moving faster than I expected, but at least they are moving.:D
BowJoe
I don't know how many of you have heard of this but let me tell you about something my wife and I found at Walmart. I was shopping early last year and was trying to find a way to cut down on soda. I went to the Crystal Lite aisle and that's what I was expecting to buy. The prices are pretty high but what I saw next to it made me curious. I bought a couple tubes of the Sam's Choice brand in grape and fruit punch flavor. I figured it couldn't hurt so I didn't think twice about it. Man what an awesome drink. This stuff comes in about 15 different flavors just like Kool Aid and tastes even better. It has no calories, sugars, carbs and only 10 mg of sodium. Anybody that likes Kool Aid should definately try this stuff. I loved kool aid as a kid but you had to put a ton of sugar in that thing. This stuff tastes sweet but you really can't tell it has no sugar in it. It's about 2 bucks a tube but you get 3 gallons/tube. I have an entire shelf full of the stuff. Just try it once. Think this might have been meant to be in a different thread maybe:confused:. Been guilty of having a couple windows or tabs open and putting the wrong response in a time or two myself, lol. Would move this for you if this were my room. Sounds great Ryan. Best of luck.

dfol20
Congrats on the job. I know you will like Nebraska. I grew up most my life in Nebraska and loved it. I still miss the state when I visit family. The country up around souix city is pretty too, as well as all along norther Nebraska. As far as hunting and wildlife it is as diverse as any other state. Have fun.
