I got one w/ my API stand about 3 years ago and man does is it a pain. So many buckles and straps, takes 15 min. to get the thing hooked up right. Once you get it on, its not even comfortable. I have hung from it, and it keeps you totally upright. You only have a waist buckle, and 2 leg buckles to deal with. It a breeze to put on. I don't leave the ground without it. You can also buy the harness seperatly from them and its like 35 bucks. It onyl takes me a min to but it on and a min to hook up to the tree when in the stand. works for me, and after having a fall this year when I wasnt wearing one, i wont go to the stand without it.
