Jeramie
Starting Monday Im starting to drop weight again. Thus far ive kept off most that ive lost but I really need to drop another 15-18lbs. So Monday its bean sprouts and wheat bread...... But as for today its fried cholesterol and processed yellow substance that resembles cheese. My meal was just over $5 and it got me to thinking, where else can you get so much for so little. Seriously, not only did I get a big mac, double cheeseburger, order of fries, and a Dr. Pepper for just over $5 but I also gained weight, stretched my belly, upped my bad cholesterol, and put myself at risk for Type 2 diabetes! I mean all of that for only $5! Yes this post is dripping with sarcasm but in reality I do love the stuff. Perhaps that is the reason I can no longer see my shoes.... .........end of random thread......... you may now return to the forums.
muggs
I came across a McDonald's Nutritional fact sheet just a few days ago. They have something known as the "big breakfast" or somehting like that. It had 1,300 calories, 64 grams of fat, 12 grams of trans fat, and 2,100 mg of sodium. I bet if you ate that once a day, it would kill you in a year:eek: btw- their chicken sandwiches will fool you...they're some of the highest in fat content. wtnhunt
Yuck, we don't do McDonald's. But as for today its fried cholesterol and processed yellow substance that resembles cheese. My meal was just over $5 and it got me to thinking, where else can you get so much for so little. If we do fast food, it is usually Subways, 3 footlong subs for $11.99 deal. Hard to beat that, not all the cholesterol, and you can watch them put your sandwich together too.

hutchies
I eat there very rarely. Once in a while the kids will get me to go. Then I just eat a doublechesseburger which is bad enough.

Guest Andrea
If you ever watch that movie/documentary about McDonald's............you'll never eat there again. Can't remember the name of it. ( It's late and I am tired) But the guy ate NOTHING BUT MCDONALD'S food for 30 days I think. Got to a point in one part of the movie that he got sick and puked. He gained a bunch of weight and his cholesterol was sky high and he was tired all the time. You should really watch it. Oh yeah...............the name of it is "Super Size Me". Guest Andrea
but I do like their plain sausage McGriddle Are you SERIOUS?????? I can't eat those things. To be honest, I think that's the worst thing McDonald's ever produced. I tried to eat one when they first came out..........I couldn't swallow it. *GAG*
