Griz
Has anyone tried one of these yet or seen them? If so. What's your thoughts about them? Innovative - The reflected LED lighting design ensures that the only thing between you and your target is a small aiming dot. No pins. No wires. No bars. Functional The built in Pendulum feature does the work for you. The aiming dot adjusts as you tilt your bow. Fixed pin mode gives you ultimate adjustability. The sight offers the capabilities to display anywhere from 1-6 fixed pins at any one time. If you prefer only 3, set it up for 3. Each pin is individually adjustable by pressing and holding the power button and electronically moving through the series of 16 LED’s. [*]Strong - The housing of the sight is made from high strength nylon similar to the material we produce our Rapid Climb stirrups out of. The material offers the benefits of excellent durability and light weight. Temperature variances will not affect the strength of this material. The lens is made from the same type of polycarbonate that safety glasses are produced from. It is also completely encased by the housing to prevent accidental damage. The brackets are all made from aluminum. [*]Light - The entire assembly, including mounting brackets, is just over 6 ounces. [*]Durable - Extremely Water Resistant - All internal components except the battery have an automotive grade water barrier applied. The housing is not sealed so prolonged submersion in water can cause battery to temporarily short. Temperature resistant components work from 0 degrees F to 125 degrees F. [*]Universal - Mounts on right or left handed bows. [*]Accurate - The pendulum is accurate to 30 yards from an elevation change of 10 feet to 30 feet. There are three speed modes to pick from to accommodate bows of varying strength. [*]Feature Filled 3rd Axis leveling built in - the sight turns off at +/- 7 degrees side tilt to create more accurate shot placement. Power save mode - the sight powers off after 5 minutes of non-use. Battery Backup - The Sight will store settings while the battery is out for replacement. LifeNRA
I seen them, but all the dots are the same color! Too easy to miss judge the range at crunch time! So imagine having three or five dots all the same color! Plus it relies on batteries, which usually fail at sometime! LOL! Like when the biggest buck shows up! Think Ill stick with my Trophy Ridge! I agree with you there John... To many things that could go wrong with it when the moment of truth rolls around... That would be my luck...The batteries would go dead or it would fog up to where you couldn't see the pins... Yeah I'm going to stick with something that I know won't fell...
