My printers ink is fade resistance and water proof. I just need to find the material to try it! I can cut them at work to any size too! Would be cool to design and print your own wraps. VermontHunter Posted July 27, 2007 Report Share Posted July 27, 2007 John, most wraps are made from 3M’s 2 mil HP vinyl but I wouldn' have a clue as to were to get this stuff ,, I don't know if one of the wrap makers would give up that info .. Treated film for improved ink receptivity. Adhesive good for general purpose applications. I am going to check with a few people at work on where to get this stuff at. I would have to see what it cost ... the next problem you would have is getting printing on it ... it doesnt fit in a regular printer ... it takes a special thermal printer of sorts ...
