nativetexan Posted August 5, 2007 Report Share Posted August 5, 2007 Took the boys out to Valley Forge PA yesterday to see some deer. This herd is extremely tame. All I was getting pics of were does and fawns, and saw a few spikes, but right as we were getting ready to leave, I saw this buck step out of the woods. I thought the extra antler growing out of the side of its head was rather interesting. There was another big one behind it but I couldn't get a shot at it..so to speak.. Almost felt like being at a zoo, and I am not a big fan of deer being this tame. But the boys liked seeing them, and I was happy to catch the shot of that buck. Some of them I could have reached out and grabbed by the neck and drug them into the car with me, though that would not be a smart idea.
