coles Posted September 6, 2007 Report Share Posted September 6, 2007 well guys. bowseason has officially opened but my only problem is that is been too dang hot to go. we give our deer to a guy that my dad knows and he hangs them in his garage until he butchers them himself. so i cant go until it cools off and he will take them. its supposed to cool off to around 60 this weekend so i might go out. i guess i will have to see what the weather permits. coles Posted September 6, 2007 Author Report Share Posted September 6, 2007 what really gets me is that im up here in montana and is supposed to be cooling off now. i talked to my uncle down in louisiana the other day and its way hotter up there than it is down there. it was 95 degrees here in great falls last week. Michiganbowhunter_SQ2 Posted September 6, 2007 Report Share Posted September 6, 2007 been a little warm here as well...good thing about having an Oct. 1st opening day is that the weather is usually tolerable. we'll have a few dasy where it'll be really hot, but i have a feeling this fall/winter is going to be colder than usual (at least that is what i am hoping) they are calling for temps around the mid 70s here from saturday-monday, and tuesday and wednesday in the high 60s Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was in Texas working anc called my Dad in Michigan and he was at the same temp. a few weeks ago. I am traveling to MO for opening weekend next week and praying that is cools off some.
