At least I had a guy from montana call me and said he wanted my antlers but was only paying 8 a pound for brown,he said the border was now open!!Thsi was abotu a month before x-mas! I was able to bring back my caribou antlers & hide the week of thanksgiving (11-21-04). the only requirement was there could NOT be any brain matter or eyes on the scaul(sp) cap. we had 3 of the bou skined and preped for mounting and the other 3 came back hole minus the head (we did have the scaul caps cleaned as well). I can not see why customs would not alow antlers thru. espicaly sheads. Frank Oh I take one nice non-typ set for this information. pm me for address.
