Just a reminder that Ill be at the Cabelas Hoffman Estates store grand opening on Friday Oct 5th and staurday the 6th. Im pretty sure ol Mr Waddell is strolling in on saturday . So if you have time and can make it ..stoop by and say hi . Its my last show for the season ..I think. Never know when something gets added. So Hope some can make it. bowin_in_illinois Posted September 27, 2007 Report Share Posted September 27, 2007 Hmmmm....I would love to be at the Cabela's opening...but driving 2 hours north and dealing with Chicago area traffic causing anger, frustration, and a mental breakdown just isn't as appealing as it used to be....lol I think i'll just sit in a tree instead. It would be neat to be able to be there and meet some of you guys, but I grew up up there, and I can't deal with all the crap anymore. You will have to take care of the forums members the first weekend and I will handle the second weekend members. I will be somewhere shooting outside. It is usually somewhere near the front of the store. Maybe Billkay can come 2 weekends in a row. He takes really good pics. Sorry, to miss seeing you Tim but you know how schedules go. I'm now signed up for Realtree Forums, like you suggested last night, at the Henrietta Gander Mountain. It's been a day and I've already gotten some help with locations. Also, I wanted to say thanks again for the help you gave me in finding some locations. I don't know if I'll be able to make it to the Cabelas grand opening, but I'm sure the turn-out will be much better than last night. I forgot his name, but if you talk to the guy from G5, tell him I said good luck up in Montana. It was great talking to you.
