Rage 3 blade

I noticed another member posted about his rage 3 blade not opening correctly on cardboard and of course that is not accurate to bone/tissue of a living animal. Well a friend of mine shot a pretty nice buck yesterday and used his 3 blade rage...he made a great double lung hit at abour 20 yards. Thank god he made a good hit because only one blade deployed. I think that is a pretty accurate test by anyones standards.

Buddy shot a doe last night with the Grim Reaper 1 3/4" and got a complete passthrough and at the end of an easy 75 yrd blood trail was a beautiful Wisconsin doe!:) He may just log on an give more info later. We are staying with the Grim Reapers and mailing our Rage 3 blades back to the company. We thought of selling them but then someone else may have trouble with them. We'll just eat the money and call it a lesson learned.

That was me. Cardboard taped over my Delta Buck, only 1 blade would open on a 20 yard shot with 60 LBS of KE. Same result as the real deer your friend shot. People did not want to belive me, I hope they will listen to you. Rage 3 Blade heads are a defective design, this has been shown many times. Rage is an unethical company, they have been told by me and others that their product does not work and will wound deer. Muzzy 4 blades fly perfect for me at all ranges. I have 3 unused Rage 3 Blade that will never be used.
