craig mack Posted October 12, 2007 Report Share Posted October 12, 2007 Well my step-son David (12yrs old) shot his first deer, a doe, with his bow. It was awesome, we set him up over our food plot and a doe and her 2 fawns have been coming out every evening to feed. My buddy put out some corn right next to the plot, so when they come in momma goes right for the corn. So I told David to wait for them to come in and that the big doe would go right for the corn. Well one of her fawns wanted to get a head start and got there a little early and David made a perfect 20 yard heart shot. She went less than 50 yards and piled up. I was so proud of him, and he was really excited. I have pics but I dont know how to make them a smaller file size to fit.
