Re: Archery Warehouse...buyer beware!

I ordered the shafts on December 30th and waited.

I left a message this morning asking simply for a tracking number so I could find out where this package is so I could make sure someone is home to get it. Nada, nothing.

You sound like a very impatient customer grin.gif

Geesh, it's only been 6 working days...give them a chance to get through the mail eh. grin.gif

Re: Archery Warehouse...buyer beware!

It turns out that I AM actually a very impatient customer laugh.gif. Not really.

My issue isn't the delivery time and being impatient per se... it is the inability to contact someone to get problems resolved and take care of customer service issues.

I did talk to him once but that was for 30 seconds after calling at all times of the day for two days. As I mentioned, emails are ignored completely. Bottom line, you deal with all kinds of customers in the archery business.....patient, impatient, rude, good, etc. Learning to deal with them until they are satisfied is a different story.

My problem is trying to make sure someone is home when UPS comes or else it becomes a giant hassle to get the package--they won't leave it where I live.
