Griz
I saw these advertise on TV one day on the Outdoor Channel... I was just curious if anyone has ever used one, seen them up close or ever heard of them... Check it out... http://www.lastchancearchery.com/Power%201.html
arrow32
Yep. Dan has one down at the shop they are pretty nice but you can't do some things very easy with the way the bow goes into the press. Other than that its a pretty nice press. His doesn't have the motor tho. I like the old press better.
hutchies
They were all the rage when they came out...have only seen 1 in a shop though and didn't look that close at it.
Guest adrenaline_junky
Ive never used one but from what i seen of the pic i'm not sure i'd like it. I dont like how the cushions for the press is right by the cams. It has to make it difficult to change strings. It's kinda cool that it has a motor but im not sure if it would be the best thing to put your bow in. Like i said i've never used one so i wouldn't know. It's just my personal opinion on what i seen from the pic.
Bowtech_archer07
Haven't seen them in our local archery shop.. Don't know if I like the fact that you are just putting pressure on the cam rather than the limb. That was what it looked like to me from that picture. The pressure is put on the end of the limbs not the cams. Cams aren't even touched if you are looking at it and not that pic the pic is horrible. Ok, just the way the picture was, it looked like it was putting pressure on the cams.. either way, haven't seen one.
wtnhunt
That motor sure looks like a satellite actuator motor. Have several of them around here from when I used to work on them. Would never have thought about using one for a press, might have just given me some ideas.
