arrow32
Mom and them make alot of candies like peanut butter balls, orange cream ones, and some others. Also make different kinds of cookies. But by the end of the year I'm sick and tired of them things after eating so many of them.
OJR
My wife makes all sorts of things like that! Now I can't eat the sweet things, so I guess I'll just have to settle for lutefisk! LOL!

BowtechsWife
I hate to bake. For the last 9 years though, I get up early on Christmas morning and bake my girls (and Steve) homemade Cinnamon Rolls. The girls love it. I am considering making fudge & peanut brittle this year. My Mother always made them every year...I am feeling sentimental this year and would like my girls to experience a little of what I had as a child. wtnhunt
LOL, I learned a long time ago how easy it is, and I like to eat. Dont make any candy Dale, but yeah, I can cook and bake too. Will be making some more pies here soon to go with our Christmas dinner.
preacherman
my wife does some baking this time of year. She loves to make candies and cookies and such. Seems like we have some type of Christmas party about every other day! So, some type of baking is always going on.
Deb
I'm hitting the store today to get some more oil and flour to make zucchini bread for the relatives tonight. Had a good crop of zucchini this year and froze it in the right size packages ready for bread-making! Usually make hard candy, but I don't think that will happen this year, but maybe. bfletch7441
Yeah, JaLynn's been hard at it. I've been in trouble daily for walking by and grabbing myself a sample. It's the best and worst thing about Christmas! Ben
c_lou
We make Angel Food Candy and I love to make Spritz cookies. If we get time, my wife and I love to make goodies. This year we haven't had much time, so not much has gotten made.
buckee
I used to bake a lot, but don't do much any more. I stick to cakes and fruit/berry crips now, and just buy the other stuff.

Alisha
I just made 2 loafs (loaves? LOL) of zucchini bread yesterday and 1 loaf is already gone. Talk about good. Mmm. I would rather bake than cook! Banana bread, zucchini bread, chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter blossoms, oatmeal raisin cookies, homemade cheesecake... you name it.
