I have been looking around for a bow that will grow up with my daughter. Not wanting to break the bank either! I looked at that bow, but I am not sure if they can do what Parker can. I will be getting her the Buckshot, 20-30 pound. I can then upgrade two more times for $50 each. 30-40 pound, and 40-50 pound. Each time they will install new limbs and draw modules. Also, you get the old limbs and modules back! Allowing you to use this bow for other up coming shooters! The Darton seems like a nice bow for youth, but what happens when they grow out of it? Thats my problem.

Have you looked at the Genesis bows? We've used them for Hunter Safety for the past couple of years. Sounds as if they are comparable to the Darton you are looking at. If you would consider the Genesis, get ahold of me at work and let me know. I can check and see what price I can pick one up for (I can get a discount;)).
