First they screwed up our order, not once, but three times! Got the wrong sandwich, twice, never received the dipping sauce for the cheesecake bites! After I pushed that order button three times, this same kid came out all three times! The last time I mentioned about the wrong burger for my daughter. Which happened to be a bacon cheeseburger, she ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger! LOL! I wasn't complaining, neither was Kaitlyn! I told her to start eating! The kid said he would be right back. I told him not to bother, because I thought the manager would show. I have a hard time being nice when bad food comes out! So he comes back with a free combo meal card! I was so ticked, I wanted to go back in and hand it back and tell them what I really thought about their food! So after the greasy fries and onion rings, cold chile cheeseburger, two wrong sandwiches, and a real crappy wrap! We headed out! The whole time, I kept telling the wife that I need to go back! But she didn't want me too! I deal with customers from time to time. I make them feel like gold, will go out of my way to please them. So for three burgers, fries, onion rings, and two drinks, all for the price of $23!!! So next time you feel constipated, visit Sonic!!! I've always heard good stuff about Sonic till your story, hopefully it was an isolated case. I'm still gonna try it when they open up here. IMO one thing to remember most of those places is that ALMOST ALL of the staff is younger kids that really don't care about their job.
